My siblings and I worked with Pam to sell my parents' home after my father passed. I highly recommend Pam and her team! Pam represented us both as a buyer’s agent for our co-op and a seller’s agent for our single family home.  She was an excellent choice for both.  As a buyer’s agent, she helped us get a contract accepted in a seller’s market.   When there was a possible last-minute glitch, she worked tirelessly on our behalf to address the issue in a way that worked out to our benefit.  As a seller’s agent, she put in an unbelievable amount of work helping us get our house ready to sell.  She had a long list of available contractors to do necessary repairs and improvements before we put the house on the market and, in many cases, worked directly with contractors and vendors to get the work done.  She had great recommendations for staging the house and timing the sale.  We ended up with multiple offers and the house sold well above the listing price.  Through it all, she was a complete professional and a pleasure to work with.  We’re couldn’t be happier that we chose her to represent us!

Pam and her team did a tremendous job helping us sell our house in DC. Without Pam's guidance and assistance, the process would have been far more difficult for us, and the result far less satisfying. She was with us every step of the way, providing direct assistance and valuable vendor referrals.  We appreciated Pam's practical approach of doing only what would be necessary or useful to marketing the house, rather than suggesting sweeping and expensive changes. We had a contract within a week of the house's going on the market, and the sale price substantially exceeded the listing price, which Pam and her professional crew had helped us to determine. Pam handled the sale of our Washington DC condo with professionalism. Her knowledge of the market in the Foggy Bottom area was very helpful in successfully acquiring a buyer in a speedy fashion. Her suggestions in staging the property and negotiating with potential buyers resulted in a sale  within a short period of time. Pam is a godsend. We were first-time buyers. We did not have a lot of money to spend but wanted to move to a neighborhood that could easily have been beyond our means. Pam is so committed to crafting "clean" transactions that we had offers accepted on 2 different properties. The first fell through  due to defects in the house, but the house we just purchased is PERFECT for me and my family. Pam--and her excellent assistant Dominique--made it happen for us. We engaged Pam Ryan-Brye to act as our agent in the sale of the house we had owned for 27 years. She provided advice, strategy and an attractive staging. Two or three weeks after it was put on the market we were told that several parties were interested in the house (including the ultimate  buyer). After appropriate and productive discussions, settlement was held with a very satisfactory price in slightly under two months total elapsed time. We immediately retained Pam to also sell our condominium in a nearby town. To our delight, she carried out this activity with at least a comparable performance.

Pam guided us through the buying and selling process in an extremely competitive market. She prepared our house for sale- minor updates, staging, etc. with hardly any effort on our part. It was under contract, with multiple offers after just a week on the market. Any questions we had were  answered quickly and with years of experience to draw from. She was great at checking in with us, and sometimes it felt like she answered questions we didn't even know we had! I had a wonderful experience working with Pam. She was incredibly patient with me, knowledgeable, and always extremely responsive. Pam knows the DC market and came highly recommended from others in my building, she actually worked on the sell side of my apartment when I bought it in 2004. I was  very impressed. This was my first time selling and probably needed more hand-holding than most of Pam's other clients. She never made me feel like that was the case. She also always made me feel like my satisfaction was top priority. In some cases, my last minute decision making was probably frustrating for her, but she never gave me any indication. I could go on about Pam for quite a while, but the bottom line is, she helped me get my place sold at a great a price in an off season under some serious time constraints. I had a lot on my plate moving cities and switching jobs and she was a life saver. What I appreciate the most is she never made me feel like I was a burden. I'd recommend Pam to anyone. She's an exceptional agent!

When I first contacted her about selling my studio condo, she responded within 10 minutes. She knew where to advertise my place because it sold within 5 days over a holiday weekend. I had numerous people go through my place on Saturday (so many that I wound up just staying away for the entire day  so people could tour it) and then the open house on Sunday was also well attended. I had multiple offers so it went for more than the list price on Tuesday.

Tom was fantastic to work with! He was always easily available for any questions I had, patient with explaining everything to me as a first time home buyer, and when I had a last minute issue with my lenders went out of his way to make sure I was still able to close on time. Highly recommended!

Pam recently handled the listing and sale of my townhouse in the Foggy Bottom section of Washington, D.C., with very good results. She fully explained the listing process. In addition, she was invaluable with suggestions on preparing the home for the market: adding some pieces of furniture, rugs,  throws, pillows and pictures, and rearranging items within the home – all to excellent effect. Pam prepared an impressive brochure and MLS description, showing her solid familiarity with this area of Washington, D.C. As first time homebuyers, we had no idea what to expect in terms of navigating the housing market, in a new city, nonetheless. Tom was with us every single step of the way. Having grown up himself in the DMV area, Tom’s knowledgeability is second to none. His passion for this work is invigorating and truly sets the tone for the entire home-buying experience; in other words, something that is historically known to be stressful becomes not only exciting, but incredibly easy. After viewing a property in early March, Tom gave us all the right tools and support to submit an offer, have that offer accepted, and close on our new home within only 3 weeks. He thoroughly understands the nuance inherent to the housing market and has a natural ability to explain seemingly complex, market-specific terminology so that the entire buying process is transparent and enjoyable. Even after closing, Tom has continued to check in with us to ensure we feel as at home as possible. We do, and would not have been able to settle in as quickly as we did if not for the incredible guidance Tom provided.

Living in Chicago and selling our apartment in DC would not have been as effortless or even possible without the incredible help from Pam. She handled every detail including getting old clothing and furniture delivered to organizations where they could be recycled or donated. She managed and  coordinated any necessary repairs including finding the contractors, suggested improvements and stayed in touch with us on her progress every step of the way. Finally, her expertise and guidance allowed both sides of our transaction to get the best price and value in the current market. We'd most definitely hire Pam again.

Pam was very helpful in providing all we needed to accomplish the sale of our house long distance. She was able to give us good recommendations of local contractors for the work we needed to have done, oversaw work when we were unable to be there, and explained and helped us through the entire  process very well. She was knowledgeable about the various regulations in different jurisdictions that we had to work with. And she even helped us find places to get rid of things we couldn't keep, and recommended good movers for what we kept.

Pam helped us buy our first house in 1985, sell a relative's apartment in 2009, and sell our second house in 2014. We went back to her because she provided superlative service and help. Her research and pricing of our sales was outstanding, she was tremendous in helping get our 2014 house ready  for the market, and she was super in closing the deal and on to settlement. The price she got for our house was unbelievable. Pam was and is a real joy to work with. I unhesitatingly recommend her as a real estate agent and professional.
