First Impressions Matter to Home Buyers
If you were shopping for a new home, wouldn't you want it to be decorated tastefully? When buyers come to tour your property, they want to be able to see themselves living there. To accomplish that, you'll need to stage it in a way that is neutral, light, and clean.
Home staging is your chance to persuade potential buyers that your home is the right one for them.
Declutter and Depersonalize
It all begins with decluttering. When you're staging a home to sell, it is absolutely crucial that it is totally and completely free of all clutter. Potential buyers don't like clutter! They want to see a space that is clean and full of light, free of any overbearing furniture or specific decorations. When it comes to staging your home, the number one thing to do is ensure you get rid of any and all clutter. Look at my staging photos below to see what we mean. Can you spot the big difference between the two photos?

The Results Speak for Themselves
"I could go on about Pam for quite a while, but the bottom line is, she helped me get my place sold at a great price in an off season under some serious time constraints. I had a lot on my plate moving cities and switching jobs and she was a life saver. What I appreciate the most is she never made me feel like I was a burden. I'd recommend Pam to anyone. She's an exceptional agent!"
